Gluten Free Bread
This Gluten Free bread recipe will make a 1 – 1.5 pound loaf
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 80 ml egg whites
- 15 ml apple cider vinegar
- 60 ml canola oil
- 60 ml honey
- 355 ml warm skim milk
- 6 g salt
- 20 g xanthan gum
- 70 g tapioca flour
- 25 g garbanzo bean flour
- 35 g millet flour
- 160 g white rice flour
- 160 g brown rice flour
- 10 g active dry yeast
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients into the bread machine pan (in the order recommended by your manufacturer).
- Select cycle; press start.
- After about 5 minutes, you should check the consistency of the dough and add a little more rice flour or liquid if needed.
- When the bread is finished, let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before removing from pan.
