Gluten Free Bread

This Gluten Free bread recipe will make a  1 – 1.5 pound loaf

 Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 80 ml egg whites
  • 15 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 60 ml canola oil
  • 60 ml honey
  • 355 ml warm skim milk
  • 6 g salt
  • 20 g xanthan gum
  • 70 g tapioca flour
  • 25 g garbanzo bean flour
  • 35 g millet flour
  • 160 g white rice flour
  • 160 g brown rice flour
  • 10 g active dry yeast

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into the bread machine pan (in the order recommended by your manufacturer).
  2. Select cycle; press start.
  3. After about 5 minutes, you should check the consistency of the dough and add a little more rice flour or liquid if needed.
  4. When the bread is finished, let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before removing from pan.
